Miriam Thompson

Nutrition Coach

Founder, Miriam Thompson, became interested in nutrition following a traumatic brain injury where she became keenly aware of how foods impacted her ability to function. She noticed some foods helped her feel physically good with improved mental clarity, while others contributed to headaches and extreme emotional behaviors.

As a survivor of trauma, traumatic brain injury, Lyme disease, food binges, inactive lifestyle, bulimia, drinking, and smoking, Miriam is no stranger to the fears and challenges of transformation.

With patient perseverance over many health challenges, she completed her first Nutrition Coach certification with Food Matters Institute. As her strength grew, she completed her second Nutrition Coach designation with Precision Nutrition. She is currently studying for her certificate in Sleep, Stress Management, and Recovery. Miriam is taking steps to become a Master Health Coach through Precision Nutrition and sit for the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching in November 2024.
