Refund & Cancellation Policy

A Gentle Season of Renewal – 8-Week Wellness Group

I understand that sometimes plans change. If you register for A Gentle Season of Renewal and find that you are unable to continue, you may request a refund through December 31, 2026.

Refunds will be prorated based on the number of sessions remaining at the time of cancellation. Sessions that have already been held are non-refundable, regardless of whether you attended.

For participants choosing the two-payment option:

• The second payment must be received by December 31, 2026, to continue participating in the program.

• If the second payment is not received by that date, participation will end, and access to remaining sessions will be discontinued.

• Any refund of the first payment must be requested by December 31 and will be calculated based on the sessions already held, regardless of attendance.

Beginning January 1, 2027,

all payments are non-refundable.

Participants who have not completed their required payments will not be eligible to continue.

If Eagle Spirit Nutrition & Health, LLC cancels the program, participants will receive a refund for any sessions not provided.

By registering and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
